          HUMMINGAVIS informs you through your personal information processing policy of what information is being used, how your personal information is used and what measures are being taken to protect your personal information.           Identification, personal identification, prevention of unauthorized use by bad member and prevention of unauthorized use, confirmation of membership, age verification, complaint handling, delivering notices, etc.

          Statistics about events such as events, advertising information transmission, the frequency of access or use of services by members

          Article 2 (Items of personal information to be processed)
          The company handles the following personal information items.

          Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
          ① Company handles and retains personal information within the period for retaining and using personal information according to the laws and regulations or approved at the time of collecting personal information from the information provider.

          Article 4 (Providing Third Party with Personal Information)
          ① The Company shall provide personal information to third parties only in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Item 2 of Article 24 of the Information Communication Network Act.
          ② The Company provides personal information to third parties as follows.

          Seller - Product shipment, return, refund, customer consultation processing - Name, Email, Mobile Phone, Payment Card Information / Name, Mobile Phone, Address - Upon withdrawal from membership, however, for the record of the contract or the withdrawal of subscription, payment and the supply of goods; 5 years

          Article 5 (Consignment of personal information processing)
          ① The company entrusts the following personal information processing tasks for smooth personal information processing.

          2 Paypal - Payment processing through credit card, mobile phone, bank account transfer(virtual account transfer), etc.
          3 KMC Mobile authorization

          5 Gabia H/W maintenance

          Article 6 (Rights and duties of the information provider and legal representatives and matters on how to exercise them)
          ① The information provider (in the case of persons under the age of 14, the legal representative) can exercise the right to view, correct, delete personal information held by the company, and request discontinuation of handling personal information held by the company at any time.
          ② The exercise of the rights pursuant to ① may be made through the request for "Company’s viewing, correcting, deleting, processing of personal information", and Company shall take actions without delay.
          ③ When collecting personal information using the information communication service (shopping mall etc.) according to ①, personal information of children under 14 years old is not collected in principle.
          ④ Requests for discontinuation of viewing and handling of personal information may be restricted pursuant to Item 5 of Article 35 and Item 2 of Article 37 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
          ⑤ Request for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be made if the said personal information is specified for collection in the other laws and regulations.
          ⑥ We confirm whether the person who made the request, such as the request for reading, correction or deletion, reading at the request of suspension, etc., is himself/herself or a legitimate agent.

          Article 7 (Procedures and methods of personal information disposal)
          ① When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the elapse of the personal information retention period and achievement of the processing purpose, Company will immediately destroy the personal information without delay.
          ② If personal information has to be preserved in accordance with other laws and regulations despite the expiration of the agreed period of personal information by the information provider or the fulfillment of the purpose of processing, the said personal information shall be transferred to a separate database(DB) or preserved in a different storing place.
          ③ Procedures and methods of personal information disposal are as follows.
          1. Disposal procedure
          Company shall select the personal information to dispose of, and destroy the personal information with the approval of the Company's personal information protection officer.
          2. Disposal method
          Company shall destroy the personal information recorded in the electronic file format by using a method such as the Low-Level Format so that the recorded information can not be reproduced, and the personal information stored in the paper document shall be crushed the crusher or destroyed by incineration.

          Article 8 (Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Collection Device of Personal Information)

          We have designated and minimized the personnel in charge of handling personal information and implemented measures to manage personal information.
          3. Limited access to personal information
          We take necessary measures to control access to personal information through granting, modifying, and deleting access rights to the database system that handles personal information. We use intrusion detection system to control unauthorized access from outside.
          4. Keeping records and preventing forgery
          We maintain and manage records(web logs, summary information, etc.) connected to the personal information processing system for at least six months. We use security features to prevent forgery, theft or loss of access records.
          5. Encryption of personal information
          Your personal information is encrypted and stored and managed. In addition, important data is encrypted when stored and transmitted using separate security features.
          6. Technological measures against hacking
          The company installs a security program to prevent leakage and damage of personal information caused by hacking or computer viruses, periodically updates and checks the system, installs the system in a restricted area and technically and physically performs monitoring and blocking. In addition, it monitors the network traffic and detects attempts to illegally change the information.
          7. Access control to unauthorized persons
          The physical storage of the personal information system that stores personal information is separately set up, and access control procedures are established and operated accordingly.

          Article 11 (Request for viewing personal information)
          The information provider can request for viewing of personal information pursuant to Article 35 of the Personal Information Protection Act to the following department. We will try our best to promptly process personal information inquiries from Company information provider.
